Return & Refund Policy

At Fashion With Us (FWU), we take pride in delivering premium-quality couture and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help subject to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging must be intact

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alterations

FWU reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, exclusivity, and quality-control reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized couture

  • Sale / discounted / promotional items

  • Accessories, jewellery, bodysuits, lingerie, and innerwear

  • Items purchased during special campaigns or clearance events

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@fashionwidus.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, item details, and clear images (if requested)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • FWU is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Please note: Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size, color, or style:

  • Please return the eligible item (if approved)

  • Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once verified, FWU will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


8. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping

  • Refunds do not include import duties or local taxes

  • FWU is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance


9. Fair Use Policy

To maintain a fair shopping experience:

  • Excessive or suspicious return behavior may result in account restriction

  • FWU reserves the right to refuse service in cases of policy abuse


10. Policy Updates

FWU may update this policy at any time.
Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
