  • A made-to-order luxury fashion network

All dresses are custom-crafted, not mass-produced.

2. Orders & Customisation

  • All couture orders are final and made to order

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Custom sizing and personalisation are executed based on client-provided details

FWU is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by clients.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are clearly displayed before checkout

  • Payments must be completed to confirm an order

  • FWU reserves the right to adjust pricing, offers, or credits without prior notice

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of FWU couture:

  • Refunds are not applicable

  • Size exchanges may be offered subject to eligibility

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

5. Store Partners & Referrals

For FWU store partners:

  • Earnings, credits, and referrals are governed by the active FWU business model

  • Referral benefits apply only to active, compliant stores

  • FWU reserves the right to revise referral structures, margins, or credits

Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All FWU designs, content, visuals, and branding are protected

  • Design IP remains with FWU unless explicitly transferred under an IP ownership agreement

  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or misuse is strictly prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

FWU is not liable for:

  • Delays due to customs, logistics partners, or force majeure

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Variations in colour or appearance due to screen differences

8. Termination of Access

FWU reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations

  • Refuse service at its discretion

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international trade and business laws, with jurisdiction aligned to FWU’s registered operations.
