At Fashion With Us (FWU), every couture piece is crafted exclusively for the client. Our shipping and delivery policy reflects the bespoke nature of our designs, ensuring transparency, quality, and a premium experience.


1. Made-to-Order Couture

All FWU dresses are custom-crafted on order.
Once a client places an order and confirms measurements or personalisation preferences, the dress enters production.

  • No ready stock or mass inventory

  • Each piece is tailored for the individual client

  • Production begins only after order confirmation


2. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Standard production time: 7–14 working days

  • Complex customisations or embroidery: May take additional time

  • Clients may receive progress updates (photos/videos) before dispatch

Production timelines may vary slightly depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and personalisation requests.


3. Quality Check Before Dispatch

Before shipping, every dress undergoes:

  • Fabric and stitching inspection

  • Fit and finish quality check

  • Packaging verification

Only dresses that meet FWU’s luxury standards are approved for dispatch.


4. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic shipping (within country): 3–7 working days

  • International shipping: 7–15 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier partner

FWU works with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout

  • Certain products or regions may qualify for free or subsidised shipping

  • Any duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise


6. Tracking & Updates

  • Once shipped, clients receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp

  • Real-time tracking allows clients to monitor their delivery

  • Our support team is available for any delivery-related assistance


7. Delivery Address Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

  • Ensuring availability at the delivery location

FWU is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Exchanges & Returns (Delivery Related)

Due to the custom-made nature of FWU couture:

  • Returns for refunds are not applicable

  • Size exchanges may be offered subject to eligibility

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply unless otherwise specified

9. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

FWU is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural events or force majeure

By placing an order with FWU, the client agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
